kondo-karakusamon-kei (buddhist ritual gong with arabesque design ) 金銅唐草文磬
this gilt bronze saddle is in senbi style with patterns of palmette (buddhist-style arabesque design ), phoenixes , dragons , devil masks , strange fish , elephants , lions , and rabbits . この金銅製の鞍は、鞍の形が鮮卑式であり、パルメット(仏教式唐草模様)、鳳凰、龍、鬼面、怪魚、象、獅子、兎などのモチーフが使われている。
he submitted ' ichigo karakusamon kaki ' (flower vase with strawberries and scrolling arabesque design ) to the paris world exposition (1925 ) ( ' art deco expo ' ) of the same year and won a bronze medal . 同年パリ万国博覧会 (1925年)(「アールデコ万博」)に「苺唐草文花器」を出品し銅牌を受賞。
on the top of the pagoda , the ' hoju (sacred gem )' with ornamental flames rising from three sides is seated upon the lotus base and the body of the tower displays twill-woven metal , gilt with copper and gold , and engraved with lotus flowers and an arabesque design . 頂には三方火焔付き宝珠を蓮台にのせ、塔身部は魚々子(ななこ)地に蓮華唐草文様を線刻し鍍金・鍍銀を施こされている。
